Booking

A booking is confirmed when payment is completed and you receive a confirmation. Availability shown on the site is live, but a unit is only held once a booking is paid. You must be 18 or over to book.

Prices and payment

Prices shown are per 24 hour rental period. Each extra day is charged at half price. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking. We do not take a deposit and nothing is owed on the day. Sales tax is applied where required and shown before you pay.

Delivery

Delivery, setup and collection are included in every rental. The first 12 miles from our yard in Twentynine Palms are free. Beyond that, delivery is charged at $4 per mile, worked out from your address and shown before you pay. We deliver across Twentynine Palms, Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, Landers, Johnson Valley, Morongo Valley, Desert Hot Springs and Palm Springs. Addresses beyond our standard area can be quoted by phone. You are responsible for making sure we can reach the setup area, that there is space for the unit, and that there is power within about 100 feet. If we arrive and cannot set up for reasons within your control, the rental is still payable.

Cancellation

We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel, except where weather is the reason. We may cancel a booking if weather conditions are severe or clearly deteriorating. This is a safety decision and we will always contact you.

Your responsibilities

Everyone booking a unit agrees to the Rental Agreement, which is presented and signed as part of checkout. It covers safe use, supervision, weather limits and damage. Please read it.

Damage

Cleaning and repair fees may be charged for negligence or misuse, as set out in the Rental Agreement.

Liability

Use of inflatable equipment carries risk. The Rental Agreement sets out the release of liability you agree to when booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

The website

We try to keep prices, availability and descriptions accurate. If an error means we cannot honour a booking at the price shown, we will contact you and offer a refund or an alternative.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
