Rental Agreement

Total maximum weight limit is 800 lbs. Maximum number of participants is 8. Anyone with head, back, neck or any muscular-skeletal injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, children under 3 years of age, and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls, bumps or bouncing are not permitted in the unit at any time. Do NOT allow OLDER children to jump with YOUNGER children. Risk of severe injury.

All participants must remove shoes, jewelry, badges, eyeglasses, and any sharp objects before entering the bounce house. Absolutely NO confetti, gum, food, drinks, sprays, or other sticky substances are allowed in the inflatable. No piñatas in the inflatable. Risk of severe injury. No smoking in or around the inflatable. No alteration in or attachments to the inflatable unit are allowed. To avoid neck and back injuries, no wrestling, flipping, colliding, or fighting. Do not bounce against the sides or near the doorway of the inflatable. Serious injury may result. No hanging from the netting on the sides or from the roof of the inflatable. Fee applied if damaged. One person sliding at a time, feet first, for waterslides and combo units. Do NOT slide head first. Always keep the unit away from heat and open flame. The material will burn or melt.

Do NOT remove the inflatable or any equipment such as cones, stakes, and mats from the area where it was installed. The inflatable must always be staked to the ground securely to prevent tipping or injury. Keep children away from the blower unit. Risk of electric shock and serious injury from moving parts of the blower. For waterslides and combo units, water is NOT provided.

Do not use if wind exceeds 20mph. A bounce house can flip over in high winds. If high winds exist, exit the bounce house immediately and turn off the blower. Do not operate the bounce house when raining or if the ground is wet. Risk of serious injury due to slipping hazards and electric shock from the blower if wet conditions exist. If the inflatable begins to lose air, make your way to the EXIT IMMEDIATELY.

Children's safety depends on you. Your PERSONAL SUPERVISION is absolutely required. As the Lessee of the inflatable, the safety of all those who use the bounce house or parts thereof is YOUR responsibility.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservations due to severe or imminent deterioration of weather conditions.

A 24-hour notification of cancellation is required, except due to weather conditions.

This rental equipment has been received in good condition and will be returned in the same condition, ordinary wear and tear accepted. Customer assumes all responsibility for injuries to persons or damages to property and agrees to release and hold Eddie's Inflatable Rentals harmless for all claims, of whatsoever nature, arising out of use of the rental equipment while in his or her custody. Customer agrees to company right to enter premises of customer at assigned pick up time to repossess the said equipment. Customer agrees not to loan, sublet, or otherwise dispose of equipment or use it at any other location.

The following fees may be assessed for negligence or abuse. Spilled food, drink, or the use of anything sticky could result in a $50 to $100 cleaning fee. Negligence and damage to the unit could result in a $50 to $300 repair fee. If the unit is not repairable due to negligence, a fee of $2,995 to $3,995 could result.

The customer understands and acknowledges that play on an amusement device entails both known and unknown risks including, but not limited to, physical injury from falling, slipping, crashing, or colliding, emotional injury, paralysis, distress, damage, or death to any participant. I hereby voluntarily and expressly release, indemnify, forever discharge, and hold harmless Eddie's Inflatable Rentals from all liability, claims, demands, causes or rights of action whether personal to me or to a third party, which are in any way connected with participation in this activity, including those allegedly attributable to negligent acts or omissions. Should Eddie's Inflatable Rentals or anyone acting on behalf of the company be required to incur attorney's fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I expressly agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless for all such fees and costs. In consideration of being permitted by Eddie's Inflatable Rentals to use its equipment, the undersigned and its participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company from all claims which are brought by the undersigned and or their participants, and which are in any way connected with such use or participation. A set of Rules and Directions are either displayed on the units or have been provided to the undersigned which I agree to follow and always utilize during operation and use of the unit or units. I have read and understand the terms and conditions of this agreement.
