When you make a booking we ask for your name, email address, phone number and the delivery address for your event. We keep the dates you booked, what you rented, and any setup notes you added. When you pay, your card details go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store your card number. The site also records basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visited, which is standard for any website.

To take your booking, deliver to the right address, contact you about your rental, and keep a record of what was rented and when. Your delivery address is also used to calculate the mileage for your delivery fee.

We do not sell your information to anyone. We share it only with the services needed to run the site: our website and payment platform, and Google Maps, which measures the driving distance from our yard to your address so we can quote delivery. We will disclose information if the law requires it.

Booking records are kept for our business and tax records. If you would like your information removed, email eddiesinflatablerentals@gmail.com and we will do what the law allows.

The site uses cookies to keep your booking in your basket while you browse and to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the booking process will stop working.

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
